The motivation letter plays a key role in the selection process, as we are primarily looking for people who are genuinely interested in learning and working in the creative field.

Based on the applications, 25 candidates will be selected to participate in a two-week intensive training program. During this period, participants will meet Quick’s specialists, learn how different departments work, and complete practical assignments based on real agency tasks.

At the end of the training, a number of participants will be invited to join Quick’s three-month paid internship, where they will work alongside our team and gain hands-on experience on real projects.

Even for those who do not continue to the internship stage, the training program is designed to provide valuable insight, practical knowledge, and a strong starting point for building a career in the creative industry.

Internships are available in five departments:

  • Content
  • Advertising
  • Design
  • TikTok
  • Account Management

Content

In the Content track, participants will explore how brands communicate online and how effective content strategies are developed.

During the training they will learn:

  • how content ideas are developed for social media

  • how to adapt brand tone of voice

  • how to structure engaging posts and campaign messages

  • how to plan content within a broader marketing strategy

Participants will also work on practical tasks related to real content briefs.

Advertising

The Advertising track is for those interested in the mechanics of digital growth and how brands reach the right audiences through paid media.

During the training they will learn:

  • how digital advertising campaigns are structured and managed
  • how to identify and target specific audience segments
  • how to analyze data and performance metrics to optimize results
  • how paid media integrates with creative content to drive impact

Participants will work on practical exercises involving budget allocation and campaign planning for real-world scenarios.

Design

The Design track introduces participants to the visual side of branding and digital campaigns.

During the training they will learn:

  • how visual ideas are developed for campaigns

  • how to translate concepts into design

  • how visual identity and brand consistency work

  • how design supports communication and storytelling

Participants will complete small design tasks based on real project scenarios.

TikTok

The TikTok track focuses on creating content specifically for short-form platforms.

Participants will explore:

  • how TikTok trends and formats work

  • how brands communicate on the platform

  • how to develop ideas for short-form video

  • how to structure engaging TikTok content

They will also experiment with creating and developing their own video ideas.

Account Management

The Account Management track introduces participants to the strategic and organizational side of agency work.

Participants will learn:

  • how agencies work with clients

  • how projects are planned and coordinated

  • how creative briefs are developed

  • how communication between teams and clients is managed

They will also participate in exercises that simulate real agency workflows.
